Yes! Session bundles are available for Guided and Precision Labs. 5 sessions are discounted to $200. Please review other FAQs and refund policies.

Payment for the first session or bundles (Guided or Precision) will be taken on Sunday, April 26th and due to the individualized nature of the strength lab and scheduling of consultations, will be NONREFUNDABLE. Payments will be ran through Title Shelby’s POS system and can be cash or card.

Payments for individual sessions thereafter will be taken at least 3 days prior to subsequent labs to account for “Open Lab” drop-in style sessions. These, too, will be nonrefundable.

If you decide to upgrade from Open or Guided lab, that can be done at any time, the additional payments will be taken accordingly. If you are upgrading to Precision after May 3rd, consultation scheduling will need to be solidified before upgrade may take place.

Due to the no refund policy, you may downgrade from Precision, but please note that your $100 initial charge will not be refunded.

No worries at all. The individualized approach allows me to tailor your workouts to fit you, your needs, and your experience level.

Totally fine. The drop-in style payment plans allow for this. However, the lab works best when you’re consistent.

Please note that if you pay for a bundle of sessions, you will not be refunded if you don’t use them all. If payment is already taken for an individual session, this is nonrefundable as well.
