These classes are designed to make you the best boxer you can be. I will listen to your concerns about your form and curate the class to the needs of the group. With the small group format, you will have plenty of one-on-one time with me to ask questions, get clarification, and take your boxing to the next level.

ONgoing: weekly lifting group
This is a weekly group session. Join this incredible group of women get stronger every Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday. This group is the easiest way to stay consistant at a 60% discount!
