Policies

Cancellation policy.

By booking a session via Calendly or www.crankerfitness.com, the client knowingly acknowledges that they are responsible for cancelling and/or rescheduling their session in a timely manner to avoid incurring any fees. 

If the client is to cancel a session within 6 hours of the session start time, the client will be charged the full session amount. If the session is prepaid, the client then loses that session credit.

If the session is a group session, and a portion of the participants cancel the session within 6 hours of the start time, the individual(s) that cancelled will be expected to pay their portion of the session cost.

refund policy.

By purchasing, the client acknowledges knowingly that personal training sessions (both boxing and strength training) are NON-REFUNDABLE  under any circumstance. 

If a client pays for a month group training and does not wish to continue participating, they do not have to. However they acknowledge that by purchasing, their programming is non-refundable even if they do not complete it.


session expirations.

Sessions purchased in advance, whether in a bundle or otherwise, must be used within 60 days of purchase or the client forfeits the session with no refund. This is for the benefit of the client  to avoid losing progress like having to go back and relearn things, or losing muscle, etc. Personal training is best when it is done consistently!

FAQs

I’ve never purchased a session or a package. What are the steps?

  • Step 1: Decide which session type you would like to book. You can see the options here.

  • Step 2: Book your first session. You can do so here!

  • Step 3: LETS GO! So excited to see you soon. Your payment will be run through Title’s system. You can read more about those details at the bottom of this page.

  • Step 4: GET THIS WORK!!!!

What if i’m late for my session?

The client is responsible to arrive on time with enough time to warm up and get ready. The session will begin promptly at the indicated start time. Any lost time due to the client arriving late or getting ready for the session (i.e. wrapping hands, etc.) is lost time. Extra time will not be added to the end of the session to make up for any lost time.

If you know you are running late, please let me know ASAP.

what session length should i pick?

Typically I recommend 30-minute sessions for your first boxing session. Its a lot more exhausting (mentally and physically) than you may think. If you are brand new to weight-lifting, I recommend starting with a 30- or 45-minute strength session. If you have been lifting for a while, we can do an hour. Feel free to send me an email if you are unsure. We can talk through your goals and what will fit best!

i’ve never boxed before. what equipment should i bring?

You will need hand wraps and boxing gloves for boxing sessions. We have both available at both Title clubs! The gloves are borrow-able but the wraps are not. Those are available for purchase for $10 at the club and they can be reused for every session after that. A good pair of flat shoes does not hurt either!

can i use my sessions at both locations (shelby and lo)?

Absolutely! Please be aware that while Shelby has a full gym area with barbells, cable machines, dumbbells, etc., Lake Orion is limited to only Ybells and bands for strength sessions. We can still get a GREAT lift in with that, though!
