ONgoing: weekly lifting group

This is a weekly group session. Join this incredible group of women get stronger every Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday. This group is the easiest way to stay consistant at a 60% discount!

  • The pricing per session of this group works out to $25/session, but requires a commitment to at least 1 weekly session ($100 per month due at the first session of each month). Many of the members end up doing 2 sessions per week. There are no drop-in options.

  • If a client cannot make a session, they lose the prepaid session. Sessions do not roll over into the next month due to the extreme discount.

  • Full body workouts, plenty of one-on-one attention from me, consistency, and fun! You will get a great workout and have so much fun while doing it.

    As for the workouts themselves, we do not repeat workouts throughout the week for those clients who do commit to multiple sessions (i.e. Mondays workout and Friday’s workout will be different - often hitting different muscle groups).
