This weekly strength lab is designed to give you the most individualized, specific, science-backed approach to your personal fitness possible.

With three different tier levels, you are guaranteed to find the level of individualization that works best for you.

Open Lab for those who want the motivation, coaching, and guidance of small group training. Guided Lab for those who want more of an individualized approach to their fitness and even more to take home.

Precision Lab is where things really ramp up. With a full, in-person consultation including dynamometry strength testing, fitness/movement assessment, and nutrition coaching. This is the tier for those who are ready for a new approach.
